Great knife set : Forschner Fibrox 7-pc. Cutlery Roll Knife Set
I didn't try any of them as I am sending back. Paring knife looked cheap and flimsy. Had Victorinox and the cross on it but not the made in Switzerland symbol. friction with narrative and merchandise. Descriptions says set includes a 10" meat slicer, set actual includes #40534 (as shown in picture), which is an 8" slicer. finally the Canvas Knife Roll is huge. It's over 19" long and to safe the knives you still need to keep them in plastic sleeves. I wanted this kit for my Rv, so I'd have a good option of knives while on the road that wouldn't be rolling colse to in a drawer. This is a good 4" longer than the longest knife. It isn't a good setup. If it wasn't that I already have some Victorinox knives and know that quality wise they are a 5+, I'd have given it a 1. verily a frustration because I love my 6" boning knife and 12" slicer. Other than the paring knife, you are missing out if you don't own some of these knives.
